    Within the Conference framework there are many possibilities for business and technical cooperation, i.e. the marketing presence, which result in acquisition of the Co-organizer status.

    Basic Marketing Presence Options

    A - Basic Package

    400,00 €

    Price doesn't contain VAT.

    Basic Package includes:

    • one advertisement page in the Digital Proceedings
    • presentation of an advertisement or a logo on a LED poster within exhibition spaces
    • participation for one representative without the participation fee (i.e. one participation fee is included)
    • presenting of the company and/or its logo in the Conferences materials: event announcements on the Conferences web pages, in a Newsletter that is sent to 14 000 e-mails, in the Digital Proceedings and in a review on the event in the EGE technical magazine that will be published after the Conference.

    B - Package with a Presentation

    Price doesn't contain VAT.

    Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

    • a thematic lecture (a presentation of a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references, etc.) in the time up to 15 minutes within the Conference programme

    or

    • a targeted thematic one-on-one talk (about a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references, etc.) between a representative of Co-organizer and Organizer, with an option of showing a shorter film or an animation or a shorter presentation in the background, in the total time up to 15 minutes within the Conferences programme

     

    • a page in the Digital Proceedings with a title and summary of the presentation (lecture or targeted thematic interview) along with the basic data about presenter (lecturer or participant of the interview).

    C - Package with an Exhibition Space

    Price doesn't contain VAT.

    Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

    • an exhibition on an exhibition space that is located next to the conference hall, when each exhibition unit is equipped with a table and two chairs, where is possible to present products, solutions, services, to distribute brochures and catalogues, etc.

    D - Package with a Presentation and an Exhibition Space

    Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

    • a thematic lecture (a presentation of a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references, etc.) in the time up to 15 minutes within the Conference programme

    F - Package with Coffee Break

    Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

    • refreshment (coffee, juice, water, pastries, etc.) during the coffee break, that will be organized by the Organizer on behalf of the Co-organizer
    • display of the Co-organizer’s logo and other promotional materials in the Coffee Break room
    • announcement of the Coffee Break and display of the Co-organizer’s logo in the Conferences Programme as well as on the Conferences web pages, in the Coffee Break room and on the conference room screen
    • additional participation fee (i.e. two registration fees).

    G - Package with Coffee Break and an Exhibition Space

    Beside the Basic Package, it includes:

    SPECIAL CONFERENCE PATRON

     

    We also offer marketing packages for Special Conferences Patrons, i.e. for companies and institutions that want to contribute to the organization by promoting their products and/or services that are not necessarily related to the Conferences topics.

    The organizer will specially arrange the area (a ‘corner’) with highlighted products or services of the Special Patron and an advertising section that will be clearly highlighted. Additional visibility is achieved with articles that are optimized for search engines (SEO optimizing) on the www.energetika-net.com portal and in the EGE magazine digital issue, on ENERGETIKA MARKETING company social networks channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and sending in a newsletter on 14 000 addresses.

     

    SPECIAL PATRON Package includes:

    • two social media posts (announcement and live mentioning)
    • text on Instagram and Facebook (IG + FB story) live
    • announcement PR text on the www.energetika-net.com portal
    • mentioning in a newsletter
    • publishing of a native text after the Conference.

     

    Materials that are needed for prepatation:

    • a client logo
    • copyrighted photos.
